    Cardio workout at least thirty minutes a day.
    Portion your food.. do not stop eating sugars and fats etc all together.. you just totally screw your system up doing that. Just PORTION!! and try and get a good intake of veggies and fruits. (veggies that grow above the ground are better for you)
    EAT BREAKFAST! Do not skip it! It is the most important meal of your day.
    WATER WATER WATER WATER WATER. Drink water.
    Get pumped about it. Make it a daily routine. When you give in and junk out one day.. do not call it quits.. just start again the next.
    It will become part of your life and you will start feeling bad when you do not follow your daily routine of exercise.

    Fast results without hunger, suffering and moodswings I got on so-called Japanese diet. You lose 5-7 kilos per week. Best excersize is aquafit and swimming. Burns hellofalot of callories, in the same time water massages all of your body, firming and toning it.

    Plus I take 50/50 greentea/skim milk days for cleansing - I drop a kilo after that.

    Throw salt away, no smoking, get enough sleep, because salt and toxins make you gain. Smoking and insomnia take energy away. You need clean and happy body to burn fat efficiently.

    If you eat right, and i mean RIGHT, every single day and exercise you will lose weight fast. If you're serious about it go to a Dietician and get your self a regular personal trainer. They'll make up a plan for you that suits your needs.

    Hmm....

    Go to the Negev with some water, nutritional drinks a powerless tread-mill and a tent.

    The tent can only be used 4-5 hours each night, the rest of the time has to be spent on the tread-mill.

    You should lose weight *very* quickly. ;-)
