I drink more than 8 glasses of water because I exercise.
Makes my skin, and hair look lively and also bowel movement is regular.
Who, exactly, are "they", and how do they know? This fact seems to have appeared out of nowhere, with no medical or scientific justification, and spread like wildfire. http://www.snopes.com/medical/myths/8glasses.asp
By all means drink if you are thirsty, and clean water is a good thing to drink. But there is absolutely NO reason to drink a fixed number of glasses a day, nor to drink if you are not moderately thirsty.
I have a red spot on the bridge of nose like dye/blood under the skin about the size of pencil eraser, comes and goes, what could it be?

You're reading They say your sposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day minimum. i never seen to be able to drink that much. Does anyone do it and have kick ass skin to tell me about to make me try harder?
