bruising is very common for piercings it should go away in a week or so. just keep the piercing clean remember good oral hygeine and sea salt soaks and you'll be fine

Yes. It's infected. You should be fine, they'll only have to amputate about half of it. You'll talk funny for the rest of your life, but shit happens.
