Can you please give me a list of the darkest and coldest{with or without snow or rain} places in the U.S, Canada, Europe, and anywhere else in the world during the day.

    The place in the United States that is the darkest would be Barrow, Alaska. It is also the lightest.
    The coldest could be Umiat or Anaktuvuk Pass, Alaska. DAMN cold there.
    Probably darker somewhere in Siberia, since I believe there are farther north latitudes there... or Canada or Scandinavia! Google earth!
    Coldest in the world, daytime temperature average, definitely some little remote outpost in Antarctica. That place is HARSH. Dark, too.
