Microsoft's Process Explorer is good and free.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "hidden process" though. As far as I know, Process Explorer will display all of the processes running on your system.
There are things called root kits that run before loading and become part of the OS and therefore are not listed. There is a program available through McAfee for free that reports these. it is of course called root kit detector, and runs off line ( I think, its been a while since I used it ). As far as I know the RK detector runs with all OS. It can be downloaded from the McAfee site, then you burn it to disk and run it from there. ( if memory serves. )
Loads o free ones out there. Booster or power Booster is a good one, glary utilities, Other ones call themselves Optimizers. They all do a fariety of things comp users need like Cleaning (I use CL cleaner).

You're reading Do you know a good (free) hidden process viewer for Windows XP?
Comments
I meant hidden shit, like viruses. Like viruses made with VB6 may have a function "App.TaskVisible = False" and that's enough to be hidden from Windows's default taskmanager's processes list. So I'm searching for something that can't be blinded/can see it all.
I shall test out process explorer and see if it can be fooled.

Every virus I know of goes for security through obscurity.
They either rely on the fact that few people even do a Vulcan Nerve Pinch to call up such a thing, and/or the rename themselves something innocuous like "lsasss.exe" which is only on letter away from the name of a legitimate Windows process (note the extra S?).
I have yet to hear of one that can hide from even the Task Manger (assuming you select "Show All Process") let alone see one.
Personally, I use Process Explorer, and it shows all sorts of stuff. Anything that can hide from THAT is coded by somebody I would get a sex-change and bear their first-born for.
Of course, that only applies to TSR virii. Anything that send mere blips and then deletes itself from RAM is something tht only a deep-scan of your hard drive can detect, and even then only with an up-to-date AV database.

So I made a test with notepad. Opened notepad, checked with process explorer and several notepad handles existed. Then I used the code to hide notepad.exe from process list.. and quess what, process explorer couldn't find any handle.. epic failure.
And no, that code doesn't disguise as other app as the list doesn't get longer, only shorter, by one notepad.exe. It's just pure API manipulation.

Let me see if I got this right....
You ran Notepad and a few things popped up...
You then hid Notepad and it, along with it's entire prcoess tree disappeared.
Ummm...
That seems too natural to me.
It also seem to me that of any malware was associated with Notepad then that move would be "ignorance is bliss" since you DELIBERATELY hid the entire tree.
What am I missing here? Is it a communication failure between you and I or... what?

Then again, we are dealing with Windows, right?
The exploits there are so numerous and well-known that expecting anything different than what Process Explorer yield is like trying to maintain a secure wifi connection at DEFCON.

Erm, not the process tree, but every handle about notepad I meant.
This code ain't that noob you know.

I happen to know you well enough to know that you are intelligent. That is why I asked if there was a communication error between us.

Yes, I don't speak or understand english 100%, that's why people might not understand me. Thank god there are people who still try to understand...

Well, I am an Aspie, so language is not the only communication barrier I frequently encounter. I know *all* too well how frustrating is is to be misunderstood, or to not understand others.
