The vet told me my cat is not producing enough milk to feed her 2 week old kittens and gave me the milk and feeding bottle but they dont seem to want to take it is there a certain way to hold them so they feel safe

    Just from breastfeeding mom-standpoint - the more you supplement with artificial milk, the less milk your cat will make.

    Make sure the kittens are nursing regularly - even more than it seems they need to - and supplement afterward if at all. The more the babies suck, the more milk Mom should be making.

    One idea - if you have a fake-fur lined coat, run your arm up the sleeve with the bottle in your hand and let the kitten(s) "find" the milk in the fur. That's what they are used to. Or a piece of fake fur cloth.
    It helps if the fur is on a soft surface like a couch, since they will want to knead it as well.

    The general rule for holding small animals is to support their torso and their back feet. Holding them close to your body usually accomplishes this, and the heat of your body makes them feel comfortable.
