Try letting it soak using peroxide and then ease it out

icthamol is a very good drawing salve. You can usally find it at your local drug store (usually at the pharmacy counter).

I would sterilise a needle, and get the thorn out, then soak the wound in dettol, and cover with a band-aid.

I would say to soak it in warm water to open the wound.

Try making a paste out of baking soda and water and putting it on the area where the thorn is. As it dries, it should draw out the thorn. That's what my grandma always did with bee stingers that were left after a sting.

Dab a bit of Tomato Paste on it and cover with a bandaid. The acid in the tomato will draw the pus upwards and bring the thorn with it.

If you leave it alone, in a few days it will fester and all you need to do is squeeze it. It will pop right out.
