Can someone who has been convicted and served time for a felony, legally be able to go to Law school?

    Yes if you have been changed yoru ways and time has gone by. There are a few lawyers already with felony's.

    They might be able to attend law school, but no judge in the country would allow this person in their courtroom.

    Sure, you can go to law school. There is no character and fitness test for the purposes of law school admission. Passing the bar, however, may be more difficult, since there you *do* have to pass a character and fitness test, which will include looking into your past for signs of untruthfulness/poor judgment. The felony would look pretty bad if you're actually looking to practice law.
