could it be i don't have those in my brain?
They are called "endorphins". They are also the primary ingredients of sleeping pills. Sometimes you just need a few more of them than your brain produces to get into a sleepy mood. You should always be careful with them, though and never exceed recommended dosage. And never combine with alcohol.
Alcohol does it for me, but my wife uses chocolate.
