OK I have this hunger.... a hunger to be in control of my own life... to do this I need to gain an excessive amount of weight! any thoughts?

You're reading All of my body is skinny and boney apart from my stomach which is quite fatish, how is this? - I am 5"9/10, a boy,10 stone.

I used to go on the exercise bike about 4 times a week, not done it in two weeks or so. Going to start again tomorrow, and I do weights. I`m sixteen by the way. No way will I touch slimming pills lol

Well since your 16 I would suggest more natural supplements like creatine, glutamin and protein. Also a multivitamin would be good too along with ammino acids. You don't need diet pills or any of the fancy supplements just the ones I listed and plenty of good old food and water. I'd concentrate more on weights then I would that bike. Using the bike 2-3x per week is fine, but strenght training and food is the highway to putting on some good weight.
