If you have not tried to turn it on or charge it, you should be ok. You can just let it dry out for AT LEAST 4 DAYS, no sooner. Also try removing the battery and using the LOW setting on a hair dryer every couple of hours to evaporate some of the moisture inside the phone. If you've already tried to turn it on, however, you're probably going to have to buy another one.

I used to repair mobile phones myself and had plenty which had wash em, sounds silly but place the phone into metho or 100% solution this will evaporate and leave no residue. you must however do this ASAP because the copper that links all the circuts will begin to corode. Work for most devices but may chemically damage the plastic but screen and the rest will be fine. Good luck will work upto 1-2 days if it's salt water no more than 1/2 a day. :)

take out the batterie and put it in the oven like 50-70 degrees F for like five minutes to evaporate the moisture. My dad did that and woked well, make shure you keep an eye on it, dont leave the room

mine did that! Exsept mine went to the bottom of a lake (not good) Just open it up bake it on low... DO NOT MICROWAVE then stick it in a bag of dry rice in pieces for a couple days to get the last of the water. Those little packets of absorbing stuff you get in shoe boxes works better than rice but not many people have tons of it on hand :)

    Mine fell in a pond.
Take the back off, get the battery out of it Asap.
Let it dry out, over a heater vent or in any dry, very warm place. Make sure it's completely dry before you put it all back together and turn it on. If it doesn't work right, contact your service provider for a replacement. If you have the insurance protection your provider gives, that will help cover the cost. If you chose not to get the coverage, now would be a good time to start.
