No, Muslims can't even agree on what is and what is not sharia. But at the core the laws are immutable, and no state can evolve when it is based on immutable laws.

I have to answer this with a question for the asker.
IF you live in another country - of YOUR choosing - then you should and will be tried in a court in that particular country.
I don't see a problem with that, do you?
After all, you CHOSE to live in that country because you didn't agree with your own country's laws, didn't you? Then, it is clear to me that you should welcome a fair trial somewhere else, rather than deal with Muslim laws and die.

In the United States, religious law does not trump secular law (or, I should say, it isn't supposed to). In the US then, sharia court can be held as long as the court does not break US law in its practice.

Sure, if you think stoning people for being gay or for adultery is a good idea. When they got done with us, they'd have an empty country to colonize.

Absolutly not, in any non islamic country. Islamic law for one thing has been shown to be downright barbaric women get executed and tortured for nothing at all. Homosexuals are executed for no reason at all, so no, no sharia courts that will legalize and glorify murder. Do we really want to become iran? Not a chance in hell

If you're asking if they should do this in the U.S., I'd say remove the word "law", and I don't see why not.

If this means that a Muslim receives a lesser sentence for killing a non-Muslim or basing the sentencing on cultural background,no.
