The United States interests are varied, but I think that Russia poses the biggest direct security threat (from another country) and Pakistan indirectly. China will be the biggest economic/resource competitor and also poses the biggest threat to US hegemony. Generally though, I think that the biggest threats to US interests won't come from traditional nation-states, rather non-state actors like QJBR, al-Qa'ida, etc. sendschie
