Help answer this question below.

Why do women always seem to want men who are in great shape and are more mature? Is it really that much of a turn-off when a guy has a beer gut and a child-like attitude?

    No, not necessarily, it all depends on how you use it...my husband can be pretty goofy sometimes. There's nothing wrong with having a good sense of humor. But I think most women want someone who can be serious at times as well.

    same reason men want women who are in good shape. It's attractive. About the maturity, I like when my guy and I are slightly childish but we both know when to be serious and handle things maturely. Maturity makes it easier to handle matters

    Why wouldn't I want a mature man? If we end up having sex, he might be the father of my potential children. I don't want them to have an immature man as a father. As for the beer gut, there are men who have "beer guts" who don't even drink. While I might be initially turned off by that, I don't think beer guts are a deal-breaker and I definitely would not dump a guy for having one. That being said, I do want a guy I am with to be healthy. I am not sure what you mean by "child-like". That could be a bad thing or a good thing. It depends on your definition.
