Boston has subways and surface tracks. The elevated lines have all been taken down and replaced by the others.

Neither. It has gridlocked traffic that you can walk over the roofs of the cars.

My city has neither. Our only form of public tranportation is buses. They have recently had to cut hours of service and eliminate routes to keep running at all.
