Do tragus piercings hurt when you get them?

• I got my industrial, and when my piercer put the needle through my ear, it felt like the needle was burning hot, it was such a stinging burning pain, but it didn't feel like a punch in the head. I've had it for over a year, and its still not healed. I'm just asking this because a lot of people that I know have gotten it and they say that it was horrible.

• Well,I dont know how It feels cause I dont have one,I just got the information off of a web page and my cousins story of when he had one done,even though he multiplies everything by 10.But like I said before,It depends on the gender,pain tolorence and Jewelry,If the people who you know that have had it done are females and have a jewelery piece a little bit bigger than normal than it will feel much worse than just a punch in the head.

• Wow, thanks! I was tired of Rupert, so I tried taproot, the pic that I had made them look emo, so I did this one, thanks for noticing! I wanna change that pic on my myspace, make it clearer. Plus, I changed my earing, I have a blue industrial rather than silver. I'm sort of working on my myspace profile, completely changing it over-that might take a month or two.

• I wish I was on myspace,I keep requesting my verification email but it never comes,so I joined Hi 5 instead.I didnt even have to wait for a verification,I was immediately a member.plus all my friends are on it, so I imediately had friends.

• yeah I know,when my brother saw me on it he thought I was on the official website for that show,but its actually I site much like myspace,you can customize your page add graphics and all sorts,you make friends aswell,join groups and stuff like that.But instead of that ranking thing on my space you give other users 5's,they its basicly another way to describe people using the site,I've already got 2(a super cool and a cool)there are others like champion,thinker,sister,diva ETC.

• Sounds cool. You know, you should get a bebo account. I have one, I have a livejournal account, bebo, myspace, you name it! lol. I only have a bebo so I can become friends with this girl who has all those private HP pics, and only livejournal so I can look at other HP drawings(its the dirtiest place for HP slash art...don't ask...).

• the bottom hole of my industrial was the most unimaginable pain ... but still worth it .............
  
  here's my tip ... ask the piercer to count to 3 ... on their 1 and 2 counts breathe in, on 3 breathe out forcefully, it will distract you and help with pain

• You know, when I got my industrial, the bottom hole hurt the most too! I don't know why, though. Maybe because the skin or cartillage is most sensative there or something. When I got my industrial, I didn't even make a sound, it wasn't the worst pain that I've felt. All I did was stare at the cieling and wonder, "when is this going to be done? I wanna freak my grandmother out!" When I came home, she hid her eyes and slowly ran away from me, but got used to it after a minute.
