    LOL! Mabe if most were smart,they would be more intellegent then to commit crime in the first place.Besides,do we really WANT them to be smart? I don't think so-LOL! :D *+++++*

    Because some criminals are to much in a hurry to do the crime, while they don't have enough time to think about what they're doing in the first place.

    Drugs have eaten their brains away or they are alcoholics and make stupid mistakes.

    At a drugstore burglar alarm, i arrived at the front door. i noticed entered had been made and called for backup. before backup arrived, i noticed this male inside the pharmacy at the drug vault. i shouted police and he came toward me with his arms raised. he had a dirty pillowcase over his shoulder and a sock covered each hand. i placed him under arrest. under closer inspection, i noticed that each sock had a hole in the toe section. his fingerprints were all over the inside of the store. he was intoxicated.

    Not a very smart move and he qualifies as a dumb criminal.
