There's no pills or other gimmicks, just stretching exercises, diets, etc. It's supposed to work really well. If you're still growing I'd suggest swimming as often as you can as it can take the stress of gravity off your bones/joints and help you grow as tall as possible.
As an interesting corollary to this question, people in modernized countries tend to grow taller than people in third world countries. It's primarily a question of nutrition and genetics. You can control one but not the other, so simply ensuring that you're eating well (and by well I mean healthy, and of sufficient, but not excess quantity) you'll not only grow better, but you'll feel better about yourself no matter your actual height.
Don't be obsessive about making everything you eat healthy, but make sure that you're getting a well balanced meal at least once a day (dinner is usually easiest, since most people eat dinner at home) and don't skip breakfast. By making sure your body always has enough fuel, it means that when you do grow, you will grow taller, and stronger than you would otherwise... that, and you'll simply feel better because your brain and body will always have enough fuel to run on.
Also, if you're really worried about nutrician, keep sodas and other carbonated beverages to a minimum. They tend to leech nutrients, so choose juices, tea or water when possible.

Don't bother. You will reach a height dictated by your genes.
