I've been breasfeeding my baby for 7 months now, but lately one of my nipples hurts like crazy and now a little white bubbe has come out on the tip of my nipple. Is this normal? It looks like a drop of milk but hurts and wont come off.

skin cyst or cold sore, and soon expect some real pain, your child will soon start to break teeth thru the gums. some clamp down just as they fall asleep, with just gums that can hurt , but with sharp little teeth on both sides you will wonder if it isn't coming off in their mouth. see a nursing coach, she will consult for free unlike a Dr.
