Help answer this question below.

I've got good writing skills which is more than I can say for my speech, is this normal? if so what career(s) would I have to follow besides journalism?

There are many careers where writing is a key part. Scriptwriting, press officer, technical writing, reporting for official bodies (like courts, parts of the government) for instance. It really depends what you want to write about - what are your other skills and interests for instance.

You'll need to be vigilant about capitalising the first letter of a sentence before you think about careers utilising writing skills to any decent level.

- LOL. Touchy subject eh? It's not as if I bothered to point out that you should have used a semi-colon after the word speech rather than a comma now is it.

- Yup. I'm great at that and utilise the skill whenever it pleases me to do so. Your skills remain to be seen but writing just might not be one of them, that's all pumpkin.
