E.U.rules because they eat horse meat and vets have to fill in what drugs they have had. How come beef animals dont need them or sheep?

Travelling 10 miles to a local show or to the vet? nothing to do with smuggling, its because horses are food animals in EU.vets have to note drugs given in the passport.
Police can stop us.Fine us. Mine was stolen from the car. cost $85 to replace it, if it happens again. $174 . Micro chip is about $80.You have to callout a vet to complete the form, About $80 and then it costs $50 to register passport.
OH. I was thinking of international travel. Seems stupid and and inntrusive. Like here.

Police can actually stop you when transporting horses and demand to see passport. Micro chip and passport expensive. I had mine stolen from the car. cost round $80 to replace, next time $174. microchip costs round the same with a callout fee.
