No. The money was already taxed when it was originally earned.
An inheritance tax is a fully absurd thing. The tax was paid once by the individual and it is not his or his relatives' fault that he is dead now. We have benefits from breathing oxygen too, so why don't have tax on breathing?
Yes. why should someone benefit from the hard work of others for free? No one should be allowed to inheret money without paying their fair share to the gov. It suck to have a bunch of spoiled brats getting everything handed to a plate for them, while others have to actually EARN their money. so yes an i would gladly support an inheritance tax. get out their and work for your money...

My brother died in March and he was in bankruptcy, my mother was appointed benifencary of his estate thru his will all his excutive has back out , no one will give us any help on what to do, my mother wants to keep the house give me an answer
