  • If they are caught they should go to jail for life (or be put to death) and that pretty much would make the whole human rights issue irrelevant wouldn't it?
  • yes, but that will never happen in america, here the victims have no rights and the predator has many rights, the govt. makes sure of that.
  • Becareful what you wish for...you may get it! An Arab/Muslim is the "terrorist" of today. Yesterday, it was a "Communist." The day before yesterday, it was an "Indian." Tomorrow, you could be the "terrorist" and I'm quite sure that you'll be crying about your human rights. In case you don't know this, the heroes at the Department of Homeland Scrutiny have already labeled many groups of Americans as "domestic terrorists" (for example the Right Wingers of which I'm going to go on a limb and bet you're probably one). So, once again, be careful what you ask for, cause you may get it!
  • I agree. terrorists are sub-human monsters and not deserving of the same rights as the civilized world bestows. I dont care if the terrorists lovers hear DR me its the truth.
  • When you try to take the life of a human being, you have given up the right to have rights.
  • This country was founded by terrorists. As Rinky said - be careful what you wish for - you just might get it.
  • I certainly do! They belong behind bars for the rest of their lives in hard labor and no chance of parole. The government is no better than they are and are worse for it and belong in prison with them in hard labor as well. Excellent question and very well put, especially about them crying like babies when getting caught and getting their rights taken away from them. They are all a bunch of cowards and one day they will all have to be held accountable for their actions.
  • Yes of course they should!! The British (at least) judicial system is a horrible mess at the moment! sort if out britain....
  • As in rights do you mean stuff like: The right to not be held indefinitely because they "might" be a terrorist? The right to a trial to determine if they actually ARE a terrorist? I completely disagree with you about them losing their rights. If they're found guilty then of course, lock them away, but due process is crucial to our society. We do this to prevent abuses because if we don't, then the next "terrorist" might be you.
  • well said everton i'm feed up of hearing about terrorists human rights.
  • Rights, they should have the same rights the people they killed have, none.
  • Eye for an eye leaves us all blind. Besides, look at how many innocent people we have killed already. Or does collateral damage only matter when Americans are the ones caught in the blast radius?
  • Very definitely ..... and suffer a very slow and agonizing death. They care nothing about the human rights of others.
