No. Wikipedia has better quality control
No, the bible wasn't updated regulary, it has been the same for more than 2000 years.
Also, it's search function wasn't very effective and the font was kind of small.
Heh, you can make a case for that sure. It was the go-to source and was sometimes added to or rewritten.
