Help answer this question below.

I work at a company that offers call back pay at 1&1/2 times my base rate... now if overtime is acheived in the same week my overtime is considered paid due to the call back recieved previously regardless of the day it was worked on! Isn't this wrong?

    if you are non exepmt you get overtime 1/12 times pay for hrs worked over 40 in most states
    if the company offers an incentive for call in pay them they have to pay both
    get a lawyer or threaten to
