How is OT calculated? Law says bonuses are included,employer says they are paid annually so they are not, but calculates OT by annual salary

You're reading I work at a company that offers call back pay at 1&1/2 times my base rate... now if overtime is acheived in the same week my overtime is considered paid due to the call back recieved previously regardless of the day it was worked on! Isn't this wrong?
