I am having exactly the same problem. My inbox has been flooded since Sunday night and I have repeatedly gone to unsubscribe to messages yet they keep on coming.

Same here bobbyshoe! I was getting them like this many months ago and then they stopped sending them and now it has started up again.

I've been on AB for only 8 months and only about 2 months of that was without the emails. I "spammed" them in my email address so they wouldn't take so much space in them 'in box'.
.
Wish they'd get it figured out!

I believe that simply turns off your notifications. There's still your watch list and maybe a few other reasons to get email from AB.
