Wow, I suppose it would mean fair play, finally. We have to account to them each year for every penny earned and spent, so the law states that they are to do the same. Only, they don't.
Course, the income tax was only supposed to be a "War Tax" to be ended when the war did. haha
But, seriously, more than half the votes now are in favour of auditing the feds, so maybe there still is hope here...
Well I think if they also were required to itemize exactly how the money was spent we would running them all out of town on rails!
