  • You're making the mistake of consumming your food all at once. Your metabolism is suffering because of it. The method of spreading several small portions along the day instead of having all your food in one sitting has been proven to be much more effective.
  • excercise...eating alone wont do it
  • Portion control is still required, even it's the healthy stuff.
  • it's not what you are doing wrong it's what you are not doing why don't you go out every morning and practice running for 2 hours? eat whatever you like but only when hungry and half of the meal it's good to drink water.
  • Were you already eating like that since before you wanted to lose weight?
  • I can't believe nobody has mentioned this yet... You need to eat at least 3 times a day. Small amounts in increments throughout the day along with exercise, and you'll lose weight. When you don't eat throughout the day, your body goes into "starvation" mode. It stores ALL the fat that you give it, thus defeating the purpose of eating the low-calorie/low-fat foods. Eating like that slows your metabolism down, and when you work out, you don't burn as much. Eat breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. Just make them small, low calorie meals, and you'll get your metabolism back on track. And the best time to work out is in the evening. That is when our body temperature is the highest and our body is more flexible and less prone to injury. Remember... 1. small (low calorie) meals throughout the day 2. Exercise (evening is best time)
