I'd gradually stop breastfeeding and not do it all at once.. your boobs will deflate and be very saggy if you don't give them time to slowly stretch back after being so large.
Try googling the best way to stop breastfeeding.
Within 12 hours of stopping breastfeeding, your milk ducts will basically stop producing milk. When no milk is excreted, your body will know to stop producing it. My wife stopped breastfeeding/pumping and within 24 hours, her breasts were engorged and within another 24 hours, her body absorbed the breastmilk and they decreased in size tremendously.
Give a whole new meaning to "use it or lose it." But be careful, once you stop, it's nearly impossible to start reproducing milk again.
There are meds that your doctor can give you to stop it.
