Can the HOA rules restrict the lenght of a lease?

    Some associations have very simple rules such as no abandoned, non-working motor vehicles and no grass above ten inches tall are allowed. Others have architectural review boards that must approve your paint scheme before you can repaint your house. Sooo, It really depends on your particular HOA. I would definitely contact your HOA and look at all of the rules and restrictions.

    (To actually answer your question...I have not heard of a HOA have restrictions on the leasing terms...but that does not mean an HOA cannot have those restrictions.)
