No. The Internet is one lousy hiding place. If you can view it, you can copy it. There are JavaScripts that will defeat some of the common ways to copy images, but they are super easy to get around, and there's always the screen capture.
Even if you could somehow prevent them from right clicking > save image as or copy image URL, people are still going to download the image to their browser's cache directory within their computer. Even a real idiot with computers can find images from webpages they viewed quite easily by going to the directory.
Another method is the good old "PRINT SCREEN" key which will copy a screenshot to the clipboard. All they have to do is go to any image editor, hit paste, and crop out everything but said image.
no all you can do is hope noone else wants it :)
Why do you want to do that?
I might be wrong, but I don't think one can "lock" an avatar.
