Unlikely, but check with the doctor or pharmacist. If you missed a pill, at any time of the month, you should be using back-up protection (condom, etc.) for the rest of the month.

You're reading I missed the 1st pill of a new pack of microgynon for this month, so started the pack the day later.. I have now come off for my break and haven't started bleeding (after 4 days), is there a possibility I could be pregnant?

The pill package should come with a leaflet of instructions, including about what to do if you miss any pills. I am just repeating what I have read on those. As I said, it is unlikely that you are pregnant from delaying the first pill of the cycle, but stranger things have happened.
