Can a non performing hoa held accountable for the money collected?

    Non-performing/? Well, they are supposed to follow the bylaws and state statute. All non-collections will fall upon the home owners eventually, liens, payment for legal fees, it's better they send out the letters with added fees for accountability. Tell them to wake up. Go to the meetings, they have to give notice at least 48 hours. Tell them to have a community meeting...bring up this matter to put to vote they have to become actibe and fiscally responsible and do their duty, or get out of the way, resign and let some one else to the job.
