Question

Help answer this question below.

I have a Sharp flat screen tv, 6 yr old. Twice a week it will shut off and not come back on for hours. Sometimes I can unplug it and plug it back in and I hear a clicking sound inside the tv and it will turn on again. What could be wrong with it?

I had a computer monitor that did the same thing. I found out that something was wrong with the power cord.
