You said 4 years all suspended. ALL suspended means he doesn't have to do any time. But, if he gets busted again he will have those 4 years and whatever they give him for any further activity and it will be harsh.
Is there anyway to find out if there's a secret inditment against yourself?

Sometimes it seems more money is spent protecting the guilty than defending the innocent. Money talks and justice walks? Why allow it?

You're reading Someone I know just got arrested for attempted theft and unlawful entry to a vehicle. They also have like 2 other thefts they can charge him with. He just signed a plea agreement of 4yrs all susp. 2 yrs prob. What is the very LEAST time hes looking at?
