Is there a website where I can build my own website for free. i mean 100% free no deposits or start up fee?

    www.tripod.com
    www.google.com (or at least, when you sign up with gmail, you get website room)

    Those are free - no start up fees, though you have to go with their own URLs that you give them. You can find redirect things like www.tk.tk, I think. there's also one that is at www.go.to, I think. I am not certain, though.
