Carburetor/fuel line issues is most likely.
The gas line will be the most likely, after sitting so long the fuel would have emptied back into the tank. You will need to prime the carburetor and use a spray carburetor cleaner while the engine is running (got to get it running thus this will take two people) and keep trying to run it until fuel runs through.

If it is still not running or even able to make the noise of sparking (spark plugs) then remove each spark plug (one at a time do you don't mess up the wires and mess up the firing sequence) and clean each one, or replace them. The second thing that happens when a car sits without running is that the spaces and points of the spark plugs corrode slightly reducing the ability for the plug to produce a spark.
If it is still not working then you need to see a mechanic.
