I am cust. parent. We have joint. He sees boys (13&10)bi-weekly and any other time he wants (which isn't much) Now he wants the boys 50% even during school. The boys dont want this and are happy the way things are. The step mom is pushing for this.

At that age, the judge is likely to give significant weight to the boy's wishes. Also, if your ex has a history of not investing a lot of time in them, that's a useful tool on your side. Get your lawyer and fight it out.
