	I am cust. parent. We have joint. He sees boys (13&10)bi-weekly and any other time he wants (which isn't much) Now he wants the boys 50% even during school. At that age, the judge is likely to give significant weight to the boy's wishes. Also, if your ex has a history of not investing a lot of time in them, that's a useful tool on your side. Get your lawyer and fight it out.
