Umm... He is looking at some time, I dont know what state your in, but every state says that illegal possession of a firearm is a felony, add that on with his probation, he is in some deep crap. Up to 20 years in prison, i would say is the max, depending on what he was on probation for.
If my fiance has no other charges on his record and is now charged with shotting into an occupied dwelling what are his chances to get out
