WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A MILITARY OFFICER MARRIE A NON COMISSION OFFICER IN THE MILITARY?

    In order for such a relationships are forbidden, at least in the US military. So, before such a relationship could be pursued, one or both of the parties would have to resign from the military.

    I may be wrong, but if you're specifically referring to non-commision + Commisioned. Then it's ok. But Officers can't get involved with enlisted personnel

    The only way it would be leagal is if a NCO married the Officer before he/she became an officer.
