No. But for only one reason. The culture of drug use in the pros, leaks back into the college/amateur ranks and finally into children. Enhancement drugs are always dangerous, but they are particularly dangerous to developing children. For shame that people know that this is happening and do not kill it where it grows. Beyond that, my secondary answer is, sure make them legal but make full disclosure of users mandatory with expulsion penalty for false disclosure.
