• Who's to say what is and isn't right? Swimmers could wear those suites that increased their time immensely and everyone is using nutrition coaches, supplements, etc. Why is one thing cheating but another is all well and good? If roids were legal everyone would be on them and therefore steroids wouldn't be anymore like cheating than any of the above things. And of course all sports would be more exciting with all the people at their maximum

• And cheap. Swimmers shouldnt rely on special suits. Nutritian is not a performance enhancing drug. Roids are illegal for a reason. and If an athelete is a true athelete he wouldnt need them anyways. These people are human beings who have a talent. Why should they be allow to cheapen everything by using artifical enhancements. They are not talented if they need those drugs to stay on top. nutirition supplemnts do not make you a better athelete they just help you get the nutrition you need. Why should these athletes use drugs to put their health at risk to entertain us. Sterioids in general are not good. They cause roid rage which have led users to hurt other people somtimes eveing kill them. They can cause a heart attack in your 30s. They shrink your testicles. Why should these athletes destroy their bodys in this way to entertain people. The sports are dangerous enought without having to hurt themselves using drugs to cheat at sports.

• You honestly don't think the nutrition coaches and supplements don't make better athletes than the ones that were around even 20 years ago? Roids don't give talent so even if someone is on them they were talented in the first place, the roids just make it so the person has to spend less time on conditioning and can put more time into practicing. They should put their health at risk to entertain us because they make obscene amounts of money for playing fugging sports. Who cares if they drop dead in their 30's or 40's most are out of the sport by then anyways and I could care less if their testicles shrink so much that they develop into a vagina. you say why should they be allowed to cheapen everything by using artificial enhancements but they all are using supplements and anything they can get ahold of that isn't banned yet. How is that any diff than using roids, why are some things cheating to you and others not? Why because roids are more effective?

• So basically your saying that since they get paid so much money to play sports that they should take roids and other questionable substances just to entertain you? They are human beings with families. Do you think their families want to see them die? Their is more to their lives then sports. Their lives dont revolve around entertaining you and they have lives outside sports. It is disgusting that you dont care if they drop dead after they are done with sports. Many of them have wives and kids. Im sure their kids want to have their father with them. These people dont exist only to entertain you. They stop athletets from using these things for a reason. I want to see people perform with their own abilities without relying on a cheat. I also see these people as human beings and not as something that only exist for my entertainment.

• Yeah they're leaving behind families but with a shitload of cash. I say that is a fair trade off. And America bans the roids japan has free use of them and they have long careers and aren't dropping dead all the time. And yes I think they are just there for our entertainment as long as they are playing in the pros and make the kinds of money they do from us paying to see them. I still don't see why one thing is a cheat but another isn't. By your logic of them just going off their natural abilities they shouldn't get coached or train or eat a certain way or wear the most advanced equipment just have them get up from the stands and go play

• Let ask you mike, there billions of families that suffer lost due to smoking and a lot of them want to see them live, so why doesn't FDA ban smokes? Smoking is medically proven to kill people, but there legal. Yet there not one case that has been medical proven, where steroids has caused death, not one. Your argument for cheating is very weak, if you were concerned about cheating life limitation you should start at with plastic surgery, where young women flock by the thousand in the US to get liposuction, breast implants, is this not cheating? yet is it ok by you?. Athlete are humans being, we all have the freedom of choice, if you and others choose not to take steroids, that your choice, we wont force you, why should you & others have the right to enforce your ideology on us, that choose to use them. If it wasn't illegal they could be made safer, for consumption. But I guess you can blow it off as no reasoning when people like me, yet what said is correct, please answer if you can.

• Yes that's true. But you also can't get rid of every player that gets caught, because there are a lot, and it wouldn't be as special if fans didn't have their favorite fan, right? A list of a lot of atheletes that used steroids came out recently.

• unfortunately alot do use them. Steroids also cause more injury in sports. They hoints dont get stronger like the muscles do. The muscles develope before the joints can even handle them.
