Please help me, i need to know if its illegal in the state of ohio, to have vicodin delivered to my home offline without a prescription?

I am not sure what you are asking. Do you mean can you order vicodin online and get it delivered to your house? You cannot order vicodin online without a prescription. To my knowledge you can't even get it online from a foreign pharmacy and if you did I wouldn't advice taking it. It might be vicodin. it might be cocaine. You do not know. Any drug you order online has to go through customs and it could be seized. You can't get that drug from a US or Canadian pharmacy without prescription.
