Yes there are way to many women in the world to settle for one that doesn't please you, and i believe the same is true for women. Building a relationship doesn't mean that you start with a mate that isn't everything you want them to be, imo you find what you want first and then you grow with that person from a strong foundation not a weak one.

No, if the relationship is great other than that, I don't think it's reason to break up with her. If you go for the long view, there's plenty of time to encourage her to try new things. Talk with her, openly. Don't beg for it, just explain how much you'd like to experience it, and try to understand why she's reluctant. Maybe she's afraid she'll do it wrong and you'll be mad. Maybe she's afraid you'll cum in her mouth. These are things you can address, and make her more comfortable / willing to give it a try.
