I've been skiing since 1958. I live in California. For my money, Mammoth Mountain probably has some of the best lifts, longest snow, great runs...and, unfortunately, great crowds. Mid-week is the best time, not on school holidays, and they have skiing into June many years.

I like to Ski in the Alps .Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France.

I haven't skied in quite a while, but Seven Springs in Vermont was a great spot.
