Somebody probably just put that in there because they though no one would notice? The truly dirty lyrics they wanted to put in couldn't be put in because of censorship. I don't know ...what kind of hotdog are we talking about here, Mensan? LOL. I could venture a guess.... Wow, The Patty Duke Show. Gee, I was just a baby when I watched that show. Actually, not a baby. I still remember most of the lyrics.
