Absolutely not. The only way to get pregnant is for the male sperm to fertilize the female egg. Of course this is done by the primary path through the female uterus. The sperm in no way could ever make it to the ovary in any other method unless you were enceminated. Ingested sperm would never make it to the ovary as it would be digested, and thus killed, in the process.
Oral sex is a way to not get pregnant, but it is not considered 'safe sex' in that there is still a risk of passing STD's.
