  • If you are doing self harm when you get angry, you have an emotional coping disorder in the Self Harm category. You cannot help yourself on this and you really need to get professional help with it before it gets worse. Any good counselor or therapist can help you with this before it gets worse. Please get some help with it, as it is not something you will be able to self-treat.
  • You probably are dealing with compulsive skin picking. It has been a major problem in my life. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compulsive_skin_picking If it isn't too bad, just carry a rubber band and some other miscellaneous junk to fiddle with. Or get a complicated pen to mess around with. If it gets worse, talk to a doctor. Try to stop it before it becomes a big problem, as it did for me. If it gets really bad, A doctor may give you SSRI's (Prozac, etc) to help with the compulsive tendencies.
