If you go to Utah its cheap, cheap, cheap; depending on which counties you go to. Shop around. i have the president of the plastic surgeons board as my doc. its cost 3200.00 if you don't need a lift. If you take a tape measure and measure from your collar bone to your nipple and its over 21inches, you need a lift. Then the total cost is $5,000. Sometimes it's 4,700.00 cash price.The implants are filled with saline(salt water) guaranteed for 10 years.Unless your allergic to latex, they are hypoallergenic now.
