An oil change will vary quite a bit in price based on where you go, what services they perform, and what kind of oil they use. Dealers in the US often charge twice or three times the "going rate" for an oil change simply because they feel they have a captive audience of car owners who misunderstand the terms of their warranties, believing that they HAVE to get their oil changed at the dealer. At a reputable shop, an oil change should include a filter change and either the oil grade of your choice or that specified for your car. Many shops will also do a brief safety check of tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, radiator level, brake fluid, etc. At the national chain NTB, this will cost you $15.99
