Yes you can plug two keyboards into one PC. There are two ways to do it. You can use two boards with different interfaces or you can purchase a keyboard splitter.

You can network two CPUs together and do this, but two keyboards on one would be impractical with most operating systems. You could do it, but you wouldn't be able to do much more than with only one keyboard.
I did with two usb keyboards, but generally it witll reconize only one keyboard's operation at once(kinda like using a tv's factory remote at the same time as a universal remote)

Good answer! Actually they all were, so +++ all around.
The splitters are pretty expensive so you might want to just use 1 PS2 keyboard (the connector with the pins on it) and also a USB keyboard. Or just 2 USB keyboards.
